But the real issue is when going between 20-30 mph a very noticeable shake/shutter to the car
relaced front wheel bearings
4 tires
4 wheel alignment
no help?

did you have the axles checked for bad cv joints???

Would they not have checked the CV Joints along with front end before doing alignment?
They said front end checked out fine but did need alignment.
No clicking noise etc when turning. Only noise went away when wheel bearings were changed.

Inner CV joints would seldom emit noises. Lack or lubrications or exessive wear of the inner joints would result in vibrations.
