1999 Subaru Legacy fuel pump

Replaced the fuel pump. Still wont start. It does not prime when you turn the car on. Cant find the relay. Where is it and could it be something else. Please be advised this is a right hand drive car.

The fuel pump relay is inside the car behind the left side of the dash near the fuse box. Hope that helps. Fuse 16 (15amp) in the under hood fuse box is one fuse for the fuel pump relay and fuse sbf2 in the fuse box inside under the dash on the left side 30amp is the other fuse that controls the relay. Hope this helps
