Dash lights out

Dashboard Lights are out on my '99 Subaru Legacy what is problem?

If only the dash lights are out, check behind the dash to make sure the wiring harness to the cluster is tight, undamaged, and clean. If they are, you need to check the headlight switch. That is where the power comes from for the dash lights.
