need to find out what or were noise is?

when driving theres a noise what sounds like the inner plastic in guard rubbing on tyre ,i trimmed the plastic away from tyre and its still making noise,it gets louder when free rolling,n sounds like the wine when reversing ?

No it dosnt , it gets louder when u let foot off excelleratrr

It sounds like it could be a wheel bearing. The next time you drive it, pay close attention to the sound when turning.
