Need to find out what or were noise is?

When driving theres a noise what sounds like the inner plastic in guard rubbing on tyre, I trimmed the plastic away from tyre and its still making noise, it gets louder when free rolling, n sounds like the wine when reversing?

No it dosnt, it gets louder when u let foot off excelleratrr

It sounds like it could be a wheel bearing. The next time you drive it, pay close attention to the sound when turning.
