How to get the parking lights to stop flashing intermittently, note:parking lights not 4-ways

My parking lights started flashing intermittently after I pulled all of the fuses trying to find a bad one because the clock and background light for the auto shift lever were not working, I didn't find any bad fuses but created this problem, note:parking lights flashing not 4-ways

yes it clicks like a turn signal would as it flashes

Check the headlight relay, the tail and illumination relay, and the headlight switch. Pull the turn and hazard module to see if that stops the flashing.
