where is the starter relay located on a saturn sl2

it wont start and the battery is new and the turmals are clean the only lite goes dim is the radio when i try to cank it and it dont click where is the starter relay located at thanks

Sounds more like a starter i cant remember the last time i replaced a relay but have replaced tons of starters on those cars.Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?If so remove the intake tube off the intake manifold look under the intake manifold find the small purple wire on the staryer see if there is power to that wire while trying to start it.
