99 Saturn wont start

All guges & lights work it dont click when I try to start it

The first thing you need to do is have the battery tested and make sure the battery cables are clean and tight. If all that is good its most likely a bad starter really common on those cars. Do you have a test light or multimeter to do some testing?

Even though the lights work the battery may be too low to even make the solenoid click.
With a multi-meter, check for 12V at battery posts. Then have somone turn key to start and see what the voltage is. It should stay around 12V. Any drop much more than a few volts means the battery is bad.
