does a 1999 saturn have a resianator,if why would it need to be changed

Yes it should have one the only reason i have replaced them is for cracking and leaking exhaust i have replaced a lot of them.

It's 1 hour labor time's shop labor rate 80-100 per hour.I don't have a listing for the factory part.Last price i heard was about 200 for the factory one.Your best bet is to go to a exhaust shop and get a estimate.
