1999 Saturn Sc1 Once Car Heats Operating Temperature Shut Off T Get Start Back

Once the car heats to operating temperature and shut it off I can't get it to start back up. I mean it won't turn over or anything. After you let it sit about an hour it will start right back up. What could be the problem here???
