HVAC system is self diagnostic so have a scan done to see what codes are present. System complex has several sensorsz and blend controls

U have a blend door motor issue or a cracked motor shaft on the side that is blowing cold when u have it set to heater mode.

ALSO DID U TRY RECALIBRATING THE ACC CONTROL PANEL BY PRESSING AUTO & OFF AT THE SAME TIME, TRY THAT, GOOD LUCK.
