I have a 1999 saab 9-3 with a coolant issue. The problem, I believe, is with the fan not coming on. Since the fan would eventually come on when the car would overheat, I ruled that out first. So, I replaced the thermostat, the fan relays and now the coolant sensor. Still, the fan does not kick on and the radiator starts to boil over. Any suggestions?

I wold make sure that the fan motor is ok, unplug the fan and jump 2V to the connections, power on one wire and earth on the other, if the fan works, you still have a wiring sensor problem, start here.
