Where is the coolant bleeder for 99 range rover

I have changed the antifreeze but the heater runs cold until you hit 60km.Then when you idle it goes cold again, and then it over heats. I have also recently changes the thermostat.

I fit isn't on the thermostat housing, there isn't one. What I always do is park uphill on a driveway and keep the radiator cap off until the engine has been at operating temperature for about 20 minutes.
