start with a bad ring gear?

How can i get car to start with a bad ring gear ? has this damaged starter motor? i have cranked by hand and hit starter with hammer .what else can i do?

This car is a nightmare i need for this car too start so i can take to the garage but i pretty sure the ring gear is so worn that the starter motor is unable to engage properly .be grateful for any ideas .

There is no way to start the engine with a bad flexplate, sorry
