Have you tried taking the board and buttons out yet and cleaning them with quitips? The put it back to together and while standing close to the car hold down the lock and unlock buttons to reset the remote?

WELL THAT SEEMED TO WORK. TRIED BOTH REMOTES & THEY WORKED. NOW WE WILL SEE HOW LONG THAT DOES WORK. AT LEAST I DIDNT PAY THE DEALER $59 TO DO THAT LITTLE FIX IT! THANKS

COULD THIS PROBLEM BE RELATED TO SUPER COLD WEATHER HERE IN MINNESOTA NOW?

No what happens is the remotes build up that black carbon you seen when cleaning the remotes that makes a bad contact. Also when that happens you have to reset the remotes like I told you to do. Glad to hear it worked for you
