my son drove home and car ran fine as usual. later start car to leave and car is idleing fine and will accellerate fine untill 3,500 rpm then drops to little less than 3,000 then surges back to 3,500 and then drops again. thinking maybe clogged fuel filter so replaced it and problem is still there.
