1999 Pontiac Sunfire changing solenoids

When I start my car and put it in drive it struggles to change gears when it hits 3rd and 4th it runs great sometimes it will start off as if I had it in neutral I was told it is my solenoids don't know which one or how to replace it I can not seem to find a diagram

This happens when catalytic converter starts to clog up which lower the vacuum of the engine and fools the PCM into thinking you are going up a steep hill. Here is a guide to help confirm the issue.
