1999 Pontiac Sunfire 2 2 Letter Number 1 Cylinder Misfire Changed Spark Plugs

I have 1999 Pontiac Sunfire 2.2 letter and it has a number 1 cylinder misfire so I changed the spark plugs, wires and one coil and it is still running with a sputter, what do I do to fix it?

So you still have a P0301?Have you done a compression test?

You can rent a compression tester at auto zone remove all the spark plugs then screw the tester into each each spark plug hole.When testing each cylinder you hold the gas pedal to the floor and crank it over ten revolutions.You can feel the engine kick every revolution that is complete.

Yes but you have to eliminate the basics first fuel spark compression etc before looking elsewhere.
