turn left it wants to bind plus klunks .sit still and turn left it hard and the front left side lifts up a little.if i back up and turn slow the van wants to stop about half way left.wondering if strut mount was gone.

The position of the tire can cause the vehicle to raise a little. As far as it being hard to turn, it could be ball joints or strut mount. However, it could also be a bad rack and pinion.
