Why do my front tires point outward out a little bit?

I recently noticed that my front tires have a little bit of a toe out setting so they point outward just a little bit, is this normal?

What is the amount of toe-out?
Do you have any abnormal tire wear?

i dont know the amount but i would say its a very small amount and there is no abnormal tire wear on both tires,

Without any readout how do you know there is toe-out?

No abnormal tires wear means there is no problem with the alignment.
