evaporative psi line

1999 pontaic grand prix 3.1 while working on my car i notice a line had come lose i guess from hiting pot holes it is located near the brake booster the line has a greeb cap on it and a tag which say evap service psi it has somr kind of silver cover etc covering line also a can heard or feel air coming from it the other half of the line came apart from it where or what do the other half connect to help i thinking it has something to do with the evap cansiter or emission help i need to reconnect it but dont know where ps street pot holes wukk tear a car up help thanks kindly

That line goes from the manifold vacuum source to the canister purge solenoid then back to the gas tank.The canister purge solenoid is top right of engine behind ignition control module.Then there also a vacuum line going to the canister.
