My daughter has a 1999 Grand Am V-6. Car continues to overheat. Replaced thermostat. Cooling fans work. No white smoke from tailpipe. Also, heat does not work.

The loss of heat could indicate air in the system. These are classic signs of a blown head gasket caused by the previous overheating. You might want to get a chemical test done on it.
