Not to sure where the leak is but its not a motor oil leak. Tranny oil is leaking but not sure why or where. When I put motor oil in the engine it doesn't leak at all. I checked the dipstick for tranny oil which is a yellow dipstick near the back of the motor. Its dry. So I looked everywhere for a cap to put tranny fluid in. I looked under the car to check what was leaking, its red oil. How do I go about this problem?

Transmission fluid is added in the dipstick tube with a funnel, but it's pointless to do that if it's just going to run out again. To run out real fast, the common causes are a leaking cooler line going to the radiator, and possibly a leaking torque converter seal. There's plenty of other possible causes but those are relatively slow leaks.

For slow leaks you can wash the area, add a small bottle of dark purple dye, then search a day or two later with a black light. The dye will show up as a bright yellow stain that you can follow back to the source. Auto parts stores will have the dye, and those that rent or borrow tools should have the black light.
