Engine coolant leaks?

My car has a coolant leak. It is leaking from this little metal tube that goes into all that and we have tried different o-rings and it is still leaking from that same spot. Shooting out of the tube at the top of it at the o-ring area. Do you have any idea where or what the problem is? It is steaming and at the overheating stage almost. Mariena

Hello,

It appears that you have leak from the thermostat housing. It is a common leaking point.
To fix that leak you will have to replace that housing.
Be sure to work on the cooling system when the engine is cool. Always wear protective gear likes gloves and safety glasses.
