Car electrical issue

installed new battery and new alternator and car battery still gets drained,wont hold the charge

You need to test all power/ground cables. Just because they look good doesn't mean they are, Use a voltmeter to test for high resistance/breaks in the wires and cables, as well as corrosion/looseness.
