How do you remove a 99 bonneville blower motor. There does not seem to be room after it is loosened to remove it. It hits the metal piece that extends up from the engine that holds the fuel lines.

Actually I have now determined that the motor is not the problem. This is a 99 bonneville with ECC. I now suspect the blower control module. Where is the module located. I believe it may be behind the fuse/relay center on the firewall under the hood. If that is correct how do you remove the fuse/relay center. How do you remove the blower control module.
