I have a 1999 plymouth grand voyager, and my surpintine belt comes off when I hit water or now snow. Last year I had a plastic peice come off from underneth my van is there a cover that goes over the surpintine belt underneth.

I'd have to look for belt-guard? Maybe a problem with belt or belt tensioner?

Could you look to see if their is a belt guard for it? I can't fine any answers on my own. And everyone I ask they don't know.
