Did Tbelt brake while runnng? If yes then valves will be bent if not align as to diagram DO NOT turn engine or valves will be damaged

So I want the line to line up not the gears. Also the crank mark is the tip of the gear?

Don't understand click on image that is how cam and crank gears line up
