1999 Plymouth Voyager power steering

when turned on there was a high pitched squeal. Noise would go away until turning and steering wheel was hard to turn. 1 month ago someone put brake fluid into power steering reservoir. Trying to replace power steering pump and running into a lot of problems.

might be a belt and tensioner problem not the pump. It also may be out of align
