voltage is not going to the fuel pump where is the fuel shut off switch in case of an accident

the fuel pump is not pumping fuel the relay is ok,have voltage to the relay but no voltage to the pump. changed relay nothing different have voltage to gas gauge

If there is power through the relay, there has to be an open circuit or the pump is bad. Have you checked for power at the plug on the pump side?

Power the fuel pump from the battery and see if it'll fire up?
