oil on spark plugs 2 dry,2 wet

1999 ply brz oil on plugs,2.4L outer plugs dry,2 inner plugs coated in oil.Why??

would have to say oil rings faulty. Has compression been checked?

no not yet,will that determine problem?Is it ok to drive like this?It seems to run good,even better since i installed new plugs, but...

I suspect the oil is on the outside of the plug.
You just have a leaking valve cover gasket. It seals around the spark plug tubes and any leaks will run down into the tube and onto the plugs.
