Ball bearings maybe

My 99 plymouth breeze begains to swerve in the rear whenever I i get around twenty miles a hour and when I turn to the right it makes a clickin noise

The clicking sounds like your drive axle outer cv joint depending on how loud it is how bad it is. You can check rear wheel bearings by grabbing tire and trying to wiggle it. Maybe jack it up first. Also could be bad rear shocks? Better have it looked at if swerve is dangerous.

So could the rear ball bears be the cause of the swerve?Or any ideals of what would cause this

Why not get an inspection done to check things over for anything obvious? Or do it your self?
