When starting this car it tends to hesitates or kinda cranks for a second or two.. had the starter checked and it was good..

The most common cause of the engine cranking for an extended period of time before starting is a weak fuel pump or the system has a leak and is losing pressure which requires the pump to rebuild pressure. Check the pump pressure and pressure drop off to see if it is within the manufacturer's specs.
