1999 Other Makes Models Driving Car Shut Off Replaced Fuel Pump Making Noise

i was driving my car and it shut off. i replaced fuel pump and the pump isnt making any noise, also when the car shut off i turned the key back and forth and the fuel pump made a very loud noise. after replacing it i still cannot get it to make a noise to see if its pumping fuel.the motor turns but does not start. i also leaked all my oil out threw a bolt that came lose. im not sure if that was the problem.the fuse box with the fuel pump fuse makes a clicking noise as well. but leads me to believe the fuse is still good because after this happened the pump made one more loud noise.i replaced the fuel pump and put everything back together the right way and nothing has changed. please help me . its a 1999 kia sportage 4x4

you need to start with a fuel pressure test, give us the pressure.

does the motor turn?? you may have damaged the motor fro the oil issue
