hard switching gears of while driving

My opel Corsa lite 1999 model.The problem is that it is switching gears of while driving or when i slow down and engage the clutch at a stop.I just replaced the the car with a new clutch kit. What can be wrong?

i am havin this problem for some time

The idle system seems to be causing the problem.

Get the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.
