Wipers will not work on low or intermittent

Wipers will not work on low or intermittent, only on high. if not stopped just right they will not return to parked position.

wiper ,motor has failed. replace it.

First, remove the rear door panel and check to see if there is power to the motor. If there is, the motor is bad.

Let me know what you find.

wipers quit working mid-wipe. wiper fluid still works. is this an easy fix with a fuse or something else?
