1999 olds intrigue wetness around blower moter inside of carwhat could be the problem and how can i fix it

can see some wetness around heater blower under dash by passenger side. is the heater core located in this area and could that be the problem. If so how do i change the heater core.

Could be the heater core is leaking-HEATER CORE
Removal & Installation
Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove engine acoustic cover. Drain cooling system. Disconnect hoses from heater core.
Remove right and left sound insulators from below instrument panel. Remove front floor console (if equipped). Remove heater outlet case screws. Remove heater core mounting screws. Remove heater core. To install, reverse removal procedure.
