engine knock

i have a 1999 olds intrigue 3.8L vin K and it has an engine knock...im not sure if its a rod bearing or warped head...the last time i drove it it started acting like it didnt want to go anywhere or it was losing compression what could it be?

You're taking wild guesses with nothing to support your theories. None of those things even have like symptoms. You need to have it professionally diagnosed before guessing at conclusions.
