how do i remove the power steering pump so that I can get at the camshaft sensor on a 1999 olds cutlass

Pully needs to be removed will need special tool maybe can rent from parts store

My info shows sensor high on engine block. Removal doesn't say to remove power steering. Are we all talking about the same vehicle, same sensor? If you need a picture for power steering pump removal, I'll see what I can find?

Maybe you can remove just power steering pump bolts, Don't take the lines loose, if the lines are flexible enough, see if you can rmove pump enough to do what you need.
