1999 Oldsmobile Alero 4 Windows Quit Working Window Motors Make Sound Checked

All 4 windows quit working. Window motors make no sound. Checked n replaced 25amp circuit breaker. Windows still don't windows still don't work. No blown fuses. Check all fuses in all 3 fuse areas.
