I am trying to change the water pump on my 1999 oldsmobile 88' LS. I have taken all the bolts off except one. It is blocked by the power steering wheel or the round wheel leading to the power steering column. All of this is located on the left side of the vehicle engine or passenger side of the engine. How do I get the water pump off?"

you need to remove the power steering pump... there are three 13mm bolts that hold the pump to the bracket... they are accessible through the 3 holes in your P/S pump pulley....
