stalling of 1999 olds

what would cause a 1999 olds 88 to stall and nor start when using the electric windows?

have the battery checked. it may be low.
otherwise, there is no connection to the not starting. it could be a fuel pump issue or a spark control issue as well. you need some help on this one from a shop.
