(99 olds 3800) At startup, runs perfect. After good warmup, noise develops. Bearing-ish. Very strong by stethascope @ oil filter adapter. Remains with serp. belt removed. Had gone away after fresh oil change then returned recently. Harm. bal. has a little click when wiggled. Oil pump? Timing chain? Oil pump is my guess but I'm looking for feedback. Thanks.

what engine? have your oil pressure manually checked to see what it is.it could be anything you have listed as we can't hear it. Or have apro listen to it and give his opinion.
