Is it smart to perform a turbo conversion on this stock engine?

I have a 1999 Nissan sentra 1.6L engine, automatic transmission, completely stock with currently 160,000 miles on it . I use it as a daily driver. The sentra is a good car, durable, reliable and runs like new, the main problem with it is that it is severely under powered. To fix this problem I am considering turbocharging it. Is that a good or bad idea?? Nothing serious. I want to install a small turbo (Garrett T20 or T25) running 6-12 psi to get less than 200 hp and improve fuel economy. Turbo Specialties makes a complete turbo kit that fits this car and that's what I'm interested in getting it. Also is ok to run up to 12 psi of boost on stock headers, pistons, etc (kit comes with upgraded the injectors)? Is this turbo conversion a smart idea? Thank you for your patience and
answers.
