The cooling fans have stopped working, where are the fuses or what is another probable cause?

We have a 1999 Nissan Pulsar LX and it is overheating. The cooling fans appear to have stopped working.

There is a fan switch on the block near the rear of the engine. There is a relay in the main relay box under the hood near the battery.
