1999 pathfinder cylinder 1 misfire

i got a code p0301 for a cylinder one misfire i changed the spark plugs and wires but still have the problem. any suggestions on what else i can look at.

Check the sparkplug, compression and injector for no.1 cyl

also check for vacuum leaks around that cylinder inlet manifold section.
