The heat temp does not change temp wise but the digital display is going from 65 to 85 when I manualy set it. It looks like it is working fine everything except the temp in coming out of the vents does not change. This is about the heater in the car.

There are air vent doors that redirect the heated air out the vents. Apart named an actuator is probably at fault. The air doors are in the heater box under the dash center. You can then test doors and see which one does not move.
