door hinge

i have a 99 maxima se i recently had the door nearly rippied off by another car. i had a body shop re apply it and re paint. but the mechanic said either he used a different or the same hinges, not sure, so the end result was its off centered and wind comes in at high speeds, do i need new hinges and put them on?

They will have to make sure that the pillar has not been bent causing the misalignment, it may just be a crease, but that will be enough to cause such a problem, have this looked into.
