I have a fluid leak from my back left tire area. What is leaking and how much will it cost me to fix it?

Sounds like most likely it's a brake cylinder leak. If you are handy you can replace it yourself, parts around $50-$75, but you should replace both rear cylinders and make sure you bleed the brakes if you do it. Not sure what someplace like Pep Boys or what ever would charge to do the work.
