I put radiator flush in my car. When I tried to empty it out I was unable. If I leave the fluid in will it hurt the car? The car is a 1999 nissan altima.

IT should be removed. Why won't it come out?

There a guard under the radiator that is rusted on

Can't you remove the drain? You Will have to flush this out, remove the lower hose and the thermostat, flush all the coolant out and replace with correct coolant for your car.
